  • How old do I need to be to take Advanced Nutrition supplements?
    Our products are recommended for individuals 18 years or older. We do have several products with Motiv-8 and CP that can be used a low-calorie, sugar-free alternative to other brands for youth and teens. We encourage everyone to contact your physician before adding any vitamins or supplements to your diet.
  • Where are your products made?
    All products are manufactured in the United States at 2 GMP-certified facilities located in California and Georgia. This ensures our facilities is compliant with FDA regulations and requirements and that our products remain under strict quality control.
  • How do I know I am getting the full amount of my order when purchasing
    All of our products are carefully weighed and packaged to ensure the container appears full and you are receiving the full amount of your order. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all of our products, so if you're ever unsatisfied with the amount of your order, please contact us and we'll make it right.

  • I received my shipment,but an item is missing or damaged."
    We are sorry to hear that! If you have reviewed your order confirmation and find that something is missing or a product in your shipment is damaged, please email us or fill out the support form online as soon as possible. We will work to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
  • What payment methods do you use?
    We accept all major credit cards. Any order over 10 units can be invoiced. Please be sure to contact us directly for bulk orders.
  • Can I order if I live outside ofe the United States?
    Our products can be shipped to addresses within the Unites States, Canada, as well as overseas APO/FPO military addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for addresses outside of the United States.
  • How much do you charge for shipping?
    We offer free shipping for orders in the continental United States over $99. All other shipping rates will be based upon delivery distance and weight of package. Final shipping costs will be stated before you complete the checkout process.
  • How long does it take to process and ship my orders?
    We Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Once your order is placed, it will be shipped with 1 - 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped on the next available business day. Credit card authorization and verification must be received before any order is processed for shipping. Shipping delays may occur during the holiday season and after any major sales event due to the high volume of orders.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    After your order has been shipped, the delievery date will depend on the shipping method selected at check out and the address for delivery.
  • What is your return or exchange policy?
    In order to return an order, you must contact us first via email or call (316) 315-9222. Returns can be mailed to: 2885 N Berkeley Lake Road Ste 20. Duluth GA 30096. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange. Advanced Nutrition policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 30 days has elapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on hats, beanies or apparel for hygienic reasons.
